at last...

attention to all teachers.. i want to tell you about PBS.. the one that we occupied with now... the one that keeps us confusing and all... the UPSR is still executed the moment the PBS is executed.. which means when our 2011 year 1 pupils become year 6 in 2016... the PBS marks will be added to the UPSR  examination marks... 
as in 2011... we will carry on the PKSR and summative examination... with 100 marks.. and recorded the pbs band in the system provided by the KPM... and we doesn't have to bother about the marks of PBS... we just have to key in the band in the system..the system will count and carry forward the marks till they sit for their UPSR... thus we will not know their exact marks only based on the marks during the exam... and the frequency of filling in the system... is based on your HM order... and for our record in the record book during year 1 to year 5... is just the marks of their exam that we have carry out during the year.. such mid term test and final term test.. and we don't need to added up the PBS marks.. PBS and our term test are definitely two different assessement method..  so what we do... during the term test.. we mark the paper and times it to make it 100... are we clear??.. its a relief that finally i able to understand the execution process of the PBS...
as for the filing and all... we can eliminate the evidence after we had key in the band in the system.. and there is 1 thing that all teachers must remember... we must make sure to record their band from band 1 for skill that had been evaluated.. until the highest band they have achieved.. and there are some recording form that teacher has to fill in as the proof to be filled in the pupils' file... and the form ... you can prepare it yourself.. as i haven't yet do the form... so teacher... good luck... i know there are alot to do...

 Going through the day without plans always make me stuck. I will not be able to decide what to do, what to clear, what to finish and even when to do it. How can I even decide when, when there is none? Which makes the procrastination blocking me the whole day.  Hours have gone and I am still rearranging what is the plan.  There were days like this sometimes, and me.. definitely need more time to manage. Wishing this procrastination will end soon. That one thing just came up, therefore, let's just go through that first thing that came to the mind. How You Sort Your Mind?

Suddenly, everything is blurry and we start to forget what we did a second ago. To handle the mind these days are pretty much a challenge for me. What I have learnt....

Title in English. But for now I want to write in Malay. Boleh kah? Write in English as I want to practice my English so than I am able to use it well when I teach. Practise makes perfect thus no matter what, I need to practice especially to choose the right words according to context.
