interested in upsr's elimination... many of the teachers disagree...and some agree.. and as for me..i agree... sbb..xperlu pening kepala lagi nk prepare murid untuk exam... xperlu lg pk samada nkhabiskan silibus atau nk ajar skill jwb soalan sahaja... bukan ape...as a teacher... kiter ade specs and skills yang kene diajar kepada murid..  all the skill must developed during the lesson.. since kiter exam oriented... why should we bother nk ajar skills, moral value lain tuh..kl kiter boleh ajar skills jwb soalan sahaja n wat murid tuh skor jawab soalan... kan sekolah kejar percentage murid lulus..bkn kejar berapa byk kemahiran dh dapat nurtured dlm dr murid...so bl xde exam...cikgu dapat spend more time on thinking how to teach so we can nurtured and develop skill dlm dr murid... n  of course... mesti ade satu sistem penilaian standard so that all skills needed are ensured has been taught to the pupils... memandangkan ade pihak yang risau murid kiter xtahu jawab soalan... kite bg penilaian yang turut menguji kemahiran menjawab soalan... cntoh..PEKA Sains... satu contoh sistem penilaian yg baik kerana ia menguji semua kemahiran yang perlu ada pada murid mengikut specs yang telah ditetapkan... termasuk kemahiran menjwab soalan... jd kiter implementkan PEKA itu dgn meminta murid menyelesaikan sendiri masalah yang diberi... bimbingan yg sgt sedikit diberi... cuma... kiter perlukan satu sistem yang standard yang merangkumi semua aliran.. dari tahun 1 hingga tahun 6... KPM perlu menyediakan jawatankuasa induk yang memantau perkara ini... yang boleh menggubal sistem penilaian menyelurih dn tidak berorientasikan peperiksaan.. PPK pn boleh uruskan... 


pemilihan mrid ke mrsm dan sbp... bergantng kepada sistem penilaian mereka sendiri... sepertidi luar negara... institusi ini menyediakan  soalan bagi membolehkan murid memasuki sekolah mereka... pasti kita boleh melaksanakan itu...

azraei' is three months old....

 this is the picture when he was two months old... some of it... as i cleaning up the mess in my files.. then only i realize that we have a lot of him in pictures and videos... thus.. this is what i decided to create... album of him with page... there are a lot more... and i still on the go... this is what i should concern by now...   In months 3 through 6, your baby's physical development continues to progress. so many friends ask me to open the facebook account... still looking for free time for that... furhermore, do not in the mood to create new account at the moment... feel more ease taking care of azraei' then surfing the net at the moment... today... force myself to write something since did not write for a long time... as i miss my baby so much since haven't meet him for several days.. need to put him under my in laws care.. cause not able to find the babysitter.. 2 weeks left before the school breaks... nobody wants to babysit him for only 2 weeks.. not worth it.. they say... i uploaded his picture here... azraei' activity on his 60 days old... watching with his mommy la... we watched Bleach together.. i guess the colour movement caught his eyes... he was actually ask for milk at the moment.. however he seemed to forget about it as he saw the cartoon.. after 5 minutes spent time watcing it then only he remembered that he was actually hungry... this was the ease fa...
