yang mana lebih baik...

skarang musim ujian.... n biaser la... as teacher.. kenela wat soalan... cuma ade satu persoalan... format mane lebih baik untuk tahap satu... Year 1, 2 and 3... coz... at the moment... many level 2 teachers blame level 1 teachers fot not teaching level 1skills to answer exam questions.. and it's happening at my school... and they said that... the esposure should begin from Year 1 as I thought not so... we may began exposing them to the UPSR format during Year 3 only... and for year 1 and 2... contains the skills of exam... but not totally the same format of UPSR exam... and yet... i'm bored with the who's at fault for the level 2 not perform in exam... and on the who's fault the level 2 pupils not occupied with all the exam skills...it's bored coz we as level 1 teachers try hard to make sure the pupils have all the skills needed... in all subject of course.. not only the main stream..

which one tells the mood that I am in now...

this situation put a gap between teachers as they keep pointing on who is best in teaching and pointing on who is worst in teaching... ooo... it is bad to talk on your department to others... it is not comfortable to work with people who thinks others are not as good as them... it's making us not interested to join all the activities that 'the person who says that he or she is good' plan... as they love to plan and execute on the spot... and force others to particpate without prior notice... aren't there procedure and protocol to follow... at least a brief... and execute the plan after a week... at least... so others will aware and ready... emmmm.... is it only my dept like that?... or actually there are others like this... because i'm bored with this condition... as for me... all teachers.. regardless who you teach... should all cooperate and work together to make it better... because... as long as I remember...  my teacher will teach the same topic all over again no matter what Year you in... we learnt that in Year 2... they repeat it in Year 3... on and on and on.. it is that way... like my motehr said... there are no I am good and You are bad situation... do it as a team... if there are so many leaks here.. others should help to cover it...

feel a little better.. one thing still concern me... about the exam format... which is better... follow UPSR format or... no multiple choices but still consist of all the skills required in UPSR...

There were days...

Going through the day without plans always make me stuck. I will not be able to decide what to do, what to clear, what to finish and even when to do it. How can I even decide when, when there is none? Which makes the procrastination blocking me the whole day.  Hours have gone and I am still rearranging what is the plan.  There were days like this sometimes, and me.. definitely need more time to manage. Wishing this procrastination will end soon. That one thing just came up, therefore, let's just go through that first thing that came to the mind. Nevertheless the plans, the day will still end without plans even when it is not in the most efficient way.

What I have learnt....

Title in English. But for now I want to write in Malay. Boleh kah? Write in English as I want to practice my English so than I am able to use it well when I teach. Practise makes perfect thus no matter what, I need to practice especially to choose the right words according to context. Back to the topic, what I have learnt in life.. from my pupils.. everyone.. anything... Firstly, in life, strive and struggle in anything. Strive and struggle to be a good muslim, strive and struggle to be good slave of Allah, strive and struggle to help others, strive and struggle to be a good teacher, strive and struggle to be a good mother, strive and struggle to be a good wife, strive and struggle to be a good daughter, strive and struggle to be a good sister, even strive and struggle to be a good employer, which means strive and struggle in everything. Why? Because it is necessary to be better everyday in anything. And it is not easy. It does sounds easy but ...

Pedophile.. Do we have it in Malaysia?

We should teach our daughters about this. So they will know how to take care of themselves.  What is a pedophile? A pedophile is a person who has a sustained sexual orientation toward children, generally aged 13 or younger, Blanchard says. Not all pedophiles are child molesters (or vice versa). "Child molesters are defined by their acts; pedophiles are defined by their desires," Blanchard says. "Some pedophiles refrain from sexually approaching any child for their entire lives." But it's not clear how common that is. Does the medical community consider pedophilia to be a mental disorder? Yes. The American Psychiatric Association (APA) has included pedophilia in its Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders since 1968. In the DSM, which is updated periodically, pedophilia has been grouped with other paraphilias -- which the APA defines as "recurrent, intense sexually arousing fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviors t...
