sistem saraan baru awam SSBA.. bagi guru benar2 sesuatu yang baru... mana taknya sebelum ni keje datang 7.30 pagi balik 1.00 tengahari...  datang 12.30 tengahari balik 6.30 petang... dgn SSBA... datang 7.30 petang balik 4.30 petang... datang 9.30 pagi balik 6.30 petang... 9 long hours... diwajibkan bagi guru... tidakkah mereka mereka yang mencadangkan ini tahu tentang beban tugas guru? sebelum sebelum ini... sebelum SSBA bagi Perkhidmatan Pendidikan digubal... nampak macam sekejap cikgu kerja.. tapi cikgu xberhenti bekerja sebaik mereka melangkah masuk ke sekolah... malah ada yang bawak balik rumah... itu pun xsiap...  bila ditambah lagi masa bekerja... nampaknye memang nak kene adapt la.. kalu kite nak sign SSBA... sb sign SSBA... mestilah kerana kite nk naik gaji kan... sebab dapat naik gaji hanya jika kita menerima terma-terma di dalam SSBA... nak xnak kene terima dengan hati terbuka.... guru terpaksa menambah jam bekerja untuk menyiapkan tugas luar bilik darjah yang meman...

UNTUK PENGETAHUAN, ikuti sebuah kenyataan benar dari seorang yang mengalaminya… “Suami saya bekerja sebagai Jurutera IT di sebuah hospital, di mana pihak hospital sedang menyiapkan pengkalan data untuk pesakitnya. Dia mengenali rapat doktor tersebut. Doktor memberitahu suami saya, apabila mengalami sakit kepala, mereka sendiri tidak sanggup mengambil Panadol atau Paracetamol. . Sebaliknya, mereka akan mencari ubatan herba Cina atau mencari altenatif lain. Ini kerana Panadol adalah bertoksik kepada tubuh kita . Ia merosakkan organ hati . Menurut doktor tersebut, Panadol akan tinggal di dalam tubuh selama sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun . Menurutnya lagi, pernah berlaku seorang pramugari menelan terlalu banyak Panadol semasa kedatangan haid kerana tugasnya perlu berdiri sepanjang masa penerbangan. Dia kini baru berumur 30-an tetapi sudah perlu menjalani rawatan buah pinggang (dialisis) setiap bulan. Alternative Treatment ( Tips ) Seperti kata doktor terse...

Syawal menjelang...ramadhan meninggalkan kita.. sebulan berpuasa dirasakan cepat sangat berlalu.. tidak puas rasanya melalui ramadhan tahun ni... diharapkan segala yang dilakukan sepanjang ramadhan mendapat rahmat dan berkat daripada Dia yang Maha Kuasa.. terasa seperti ada yang tertinggal.. seperti ada sesuatu yang tertinggal.. yang masih belum dilaksana... hanya petunjuk dan hidayah dipinta agar semuanya berjalan lancar...  Macam biasa... tidak membeli baju baru tahun ni.. hanya Azraei dapat berpasang-pasang.. bukan ape... baju mak n ayah dalam almari tersimpan x berpakai... masih banyak yang masih cantik dan baru sekali saje dipakai.. jadi.. daripada membazir... baik kite berjimat.. balance duit.. boleh buat apa yang patut... hehehe.. persiapan raye ala kadar.. bukan sebab ape.. sibuk buat persiapan nak pindah rumah baru... lambat sgt rasanye nk terima kunci... harap2 dapat cepat... boleh cepat2 buat apa yang patut sebelum pindah... setakat ni br bel langsir, kipa...

Happy Fasting Month, Selamat Berpuasa... a moment that we've longing for year... the moment of joy... we are able to fast again... the heart feel warm, content and whole... hope so this year will be filled with rahmat and barkah... hope so we will able to fast and get His bless... 

thanx to youtube.. i was able to grab this view.. i won't write about the game.. coz i do not know anything about football game... still learning... coz to learn about it.. will help me share this with my husband... as a malaysian.. something disappoint me... a question came in my mind... were there only small amount of malaysian  in the stadium... were there so many england citizen in the stadium... coz i could see only a few were wearing our nation football jersey.. yellow... others which covered most of the stadium seats.. are the colour of the club... where is our patriotism... why can't we be in the stadium and support our national team.. if you are malaysian... your place of birth is malaysia right? same as me... we have IC... blue colour i presume... will you be there to watch them playing (your favourite club) if you are not the fan? will you spend your money on something that you do not like? i don't think so.. so i guess... you will spend as much just to be the...

i just thought.. maybe we.. malaysian should watch this... an old song... vid with lyrics only... get it from youtube when looking for patriotic songs to be taught during this independence month celebration... about how we should appreciate the peace and harmony of Malaysia... and what will happen if we do not take care of it...  take care of it.. which means.. all malaysian.. neither same nor different political viewing... should be able to feel the joyous of being malaysian.. not feeling abundant and all... coz now.. some of us still being forgotten...  which can caused such mess... and some forget why they become the leader... which somehow.. they also forget that there are people depending on them... we need the leader to fight for all of us.. not some of us... i just hope that our leader.. no matter where u are... fight for us.. do not forget us when u fight for urself...   i'm just a watcher.. not choosing any sides.. because i do not like the current politi...
